Terms of Service
These terms and conditions govern the foam machine rental services provided by Seven Event Group.
1. Definitions
- Service Provider - Seven Event Group, ul. Franciszka Płocka 7, Łódź, Poland
- Client - the person or entity ordering the rental service
- Service - foam machine rental with technical support
2. Booking
Bookings can be made via the contact form, by phone, or email. A booking is confirmed after acknowledgment by the Service Provider and payment of a deposit (if required).
3. Pricing and Payments
Current prices are listed in the Pricing section of the website. Prices include VAT. Payment is by bank transfer or cash, as agreed. A 30% deposit may be required at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the event - full deposit refund
- Cancellation 7-14 days before the event - 50% deposit refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event - no deposit refund
5. Service Scope
The service includes:
- transportation of equipment to the event venue,
- technical support during the show,
- cleanup after the foam show,
- Service Provider liability insurance.
6. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- provide adequate space (min. 6x6m) with access to water and electricity,
- have a responsible person present during service delivery,
- secure valuables in the foam zone,
- inform participants of safety guidelines.
7. Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the Client's failure to follow service guidelines. The Service Provider carries liability insurance.
8. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to biuro@seven-event.pl within 7 days of service delivery. Complaints are resolved within 14 business days.
9. Final Provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
